Just announced today that Microsoft is laying off 1,900 Staff from it’s video game workforce. Late 2023, and this year alone have been already tons of lay offs in the video game industry. This time, it’s mostly from it’s Activision/Blizzard when they aquired them last year. The way it looks, 2024 isn’t going to look good for the video game workforce industry.
