The Game Post analysis shows Destiny 2 The Final Shape has the lowest number of pre-orders when compared to the last three expansions. The Final Shape is suppose to be the last expansion from the 10 year light vs darkness saga. The original date for The Final Shape was suppose to be released tomorrow February 27, 2024, until it got delayed until June 4, 2024. The current season still has 3 months away from the Final Shape. The current story of this season is already over, and now, players are scrambling to try find something to do until then. There is something happening in April 2024 called “Into The Light.” We still don’t know what is about Into The Light as of yet. Here is the estimated pre-order numbers for all four expansions:
- Beyond Light: 3,189,075
- The Witch Queen: 2,244,640
- Lightfall: 2,249,679
- The Final Shape: 407,601
