Concord is a Sony Playstation exclusive hero shooter game that launched on August 23, 2024. With the steam player count that couldn’t top out of 1000 players at for some time. Now, today, Sony has just announced that they are taking Concord offline for good on September 6, 2024 because the lack of people playing the game. People are complaining (that still playing the game), long matchmaking times are the main causes of the game. This game should have been either free or put on Playstation Plus tier, not $40, because a lot of the other hero shooters genre are mostly free these days. So, it’s no reason why Concord was a failure to Sony, not many people want to spend $40 on a hero shooter game, while they can play other games for free (Fortnite, PUBG, Apex Legends, etc).
