Things that give me energy is usually energy drinks I only drink once or twice daily.I like to drink GamerSupps, once in morning and for lunch as well to get ready for my gaming streams. I only drink water, but with usually some type of flavor in it. I haven’t drink any sodas for almost 3 years now.
