Finally got a chance to go out for a walk today since it was sunny and warm, around 70 degrees. Since moving here, I haven’t gotten a chance to see around the building yet since when I moved here, it just got to winter. Distance was about half a mile, and it took me around 8 1/2 minutes, of course, I was fast pace walking. I’m going to be trying to do this 3 times a week (especially on weekends) only if it’s warm like it is today though. Yes, I do go outside and touch grass :).
