I am also a fan of Sonic because I grew up on his character back in the days. I have all the collections that have recently come out these past few years. At Summer Game Fest, Sonic Superstars put up a trailer that looked awesome. This game will come out in Fall 2023, and I am getting this for the Nintendo Switch (at least). Probably stream it too if I am not playing any other games at that time. This will be the year of gaming. Here is the announcement trailer at NoA Youtube:
