Judge rules that Xbox can now merge Activision/Blizzard as early as this month. We all knew this was coming, it was a matter of when. What this means, that Xbox can put Call of Duty games on Xbox Game Pass if they choose to, but Call of Duty will remain on all platforms, as it should.
