How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Uhh, I am a streamer, so my screen time is way high right now. However, when I am not on my screen, I am in the living room watching TV. I wish it could be different though, but living in a small town with nothing much to do here, this is all I do.

    I personally don’t even try to manage my screen time lol I work with a screen and my idea of R&R is video games or watching a show. I do struggle with will power so during the work week I just don’t play xbox so I’m not staying up late playing it. Then on the weekends it’s like 14 hour sessions and I play till I drop 😅

      I stream 5 to 6 hours a day. Rest of the time is give or take on my computer screen. It all depends on the situation.
