Today, ININ Games has announced that R-Type Dimensions III physical release on the Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 version of the game has been delayed. The digital version is still releasing on time (May 19, 2026) on the eShop. The reason for the delay is because “ongoing global manufacturing and logistics constraints”. This delay also has affected the Collector’s Edition, which will launch in the winter 2026. The new release date for the physical version of R-Type Dimensions III game is on August 11, 2026.
