While I am not the biggest fan of Gears of War, this game is called Gears of War: E-Day. This is a prequel of Gears 1 back in the day. Gears of War: E-Day is set to be released on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, and it is on day one on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (Standard Game). If you have pre-ordered the premium edition, the premium upgrade edition, or the collector’s editon, you will be getting the early access date of Thursday, October 1st, 2026. The time of the release is set for 11am EDT/8am PDT in North America for Early Access. Full release time is set to be released on 11am EDT/8am PDT. The file size for this game is over 100GB in size, so you better be sure if you have enough space for this game.
File Sizes:
Xbox Series X|S – 120.5GB
PC – 120.04GB
You can actually pre-install the game now so you can be ready to play the game on release date. Are you planning to get this game on day one? Let me know in the comments below.
