Today, out of nowhere, Sony has announced you can actually watch Live TV on PS5 for free (FAST) (with ads though). There are more than 100 live channels and as well on-demand programming spanning news, sports, movies, TV Shows, and anime. If you want to access this Live TV service on your PS5 for some reason, you can go to the Media Tab, Select the Live TV on PS5 icon, and then select “Sign in with My Playstation Account” to connect your PSN Account and start watching. Live TV on PS5 will be updated over time with more channels and content, while Sony has said that it’s looking to expand it to Canada and other regions later, which means, probably for USA only as of right now.
